International orders are subject to extra shipping and handling costs. If your order is shipping internationally (beyond Canada or the United States) we will send you an invoice for the extra shipping and handling charges, and once it is paid, we will ship your order.
You can pay with your PayPal account, or, if you do not have a PayPal account or do not want one, you can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. We accept phone orders using a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. We also accept money orders and personal cheques sent by mail (they should be made payable to Greentainer Ltd.). If using personal cheque, please allow three weeks for it to clear our bank, plus delivery time.

You are welcome to order by phone via the numbers on the Contact us page of our our website. If you order by phone, you will be charged in the currency of your residence.
You may return unopened merchandise within 2 weeks of purchase. We will refund or exchange the returned merchandise after inspection provided the product has not been tampered with and that it is suitable for resale.
Unfortunately since shipping is a direct cost, we do not incur such costs unless the product is defective when received.

Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days. We will not ship your order until funds have been cleared. If you choose to pay by paypal an e mail will be sent to you requesting funds and will not be shipped until received.
We ship with Canada Post and do not have packages left at the front door. Canada Post will attempt delivery and if not home will leave a card for you to pick up at the indicated post office on the card. They will also note how long it will be held for you before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for shipping cost to resend.
If your order is placed in Canada, you should pay your order in Canadian dollars to avoid a currency conversion fee being charged by your financial institution. The following shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order:

In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our store and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of recycled material (no plastic if at all possible). We also sometimes use cornstarch peanuts which are reusable and compostable but not recyclable. Although we strive to use material that is 100% recycled, it is not always possible to obtain, in which case we use the highest recycled content available at the time of shipment.
