Oooh, we? Rinse out, remove label and reuse all the glass jars we buy (and make it a point to buy over plastic) to store prepped veggies, leftovers, and lunches.
It's like a bento box! Only sleeker. I am serious when I say I'd like to gift my husband with this. It would make one part of his life that much easier, and since it's so cute - it would be more fun to pack for him. Everyone wins right there, friends.
I am still looking for that perfect replacement for all the plastic that I have in my kitchen (can't replace it in the entire house unless I want to get rid of my chairs, electronics -tempting but only a little- bookshelves, side tables, etc.). I did find recently, and am super stoked about, Greentainer. Stainless steel. This looks good. I wonder if they will make them in cylindrical styles? Tall ones for noodles, shorter ones for flour and sugar. Guess we will see where they go with it.

I never knew it was possible to fall in love with stainless steel. Especially when it comes in the form of a container! But, i did. Initially, I thought that it would serve the same purpose as my hundreds of Tupperware....I was wrong!
After endless research and hearing all the latest on BPA and leaking chemicals I decided to give in and try something new. The Greentainer is stylish, functional and eco-friendly. Not to mention it was created by 2 Toronto mothers!!
I currently own the large lunch container (pictured above), which is great for storing a sandwich and has a top container for fruit/veggies. It is extremely hygenic and doesn't leak!! I accompany the large container with 2 tiny ones for my sons school lunch. The little ones are great for storing fruit, dips and snacks....I am in love with this product and I know you will fall in love too!!
